• Rates are subject to availability, time of travel, number of guests travelling and are subject to change without prior notice.

• All our rates are based on a minimum charge of 2 paying adult guests and a maximum of 7 guests can be accommodated in comfort.  Larger groups can be accommodate with prior notice.

• Special group rates are based on the information provided by the guests.

• Availability can change from day to day without notice until a tour is confirmed.

• A tour is deemed confirmed when full payment has been received.

• A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation.

• Full payment is required 24 hrs before tour departure.

• Tours run rain or shine, so come prepared.

• Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival must be paid in full.

• In the event of a no-show a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

• General Cancellation fees apply.

• We offer a door-to-door service: Pick-up and Drop-off for all tours is free from central areas.

• Please check when booking tours if your Pick-up and Drop-off point is free of charge.

• We cannot guarantee any specific animal sightings or interaction with animals as these animals are all in their natural habitat and wild.  This applies to any tour where we advertise interaction with animals in conservation projects.

• Entrance fees charged by third party service providers may be charged for children under 12 years.  In order to qualify for children’s rates (when children’s rates are available), the child must be accompanied on the tour by 2 adults.  Children under 8 years are only permitted on game drives on a private tour, and on certain tours at the discretion of TCD Destination Management Company and third party service providers.

Children Policy

• Children are welcome on our tours. Please let us know if you are travelling with children and if booster seats are required.

• Children under 12 years are half price. 

• Please note that some 3rd operators do not offer discounts for children.

• TCD Destination Management Company (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to terminate tour services if children are not behaving properly or causing disturbance.

• We cannot guarantee the availability and schedule of 3rd party operators.

• We reserve the right to utilise the services of an alternative service provider.

• No Under 18's will be allowed to consume or taste alcohol on our Wine & Food Safaris.
